SignatureWares is the Russell Hendrix exclusive line created to give operators commercial-quality gear at a price they can actually stock. Launched in 2017 with core cookware and insert pans, it has grown into a full smallwares program that now covers aluminum and stainless cookware, GN/steam table pans, bakeware, storage racks, cutting and paddle boards, pizza tools, thermometers, timers and even flatware. Everything is sized for foodservice, NSF where it matters, and built to handle daily prep, cook and serve in Canadian kitchens.
