Shipping Policy
Russell Hendrix puts great effort in having all orders delivered to our valued customers by the estimated delivery date (ETA). However, we can not guarantee the delivery date of any order. All orders are subject to product availability and the shipping destination.
We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before your purchase. However, we reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping charges. If notified you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
We do not ship web orders internationally. If you would like to facilitate an international order, please contact one of our agents or representatives directly.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes regardless of how they are placed.
If you order more than one item we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. No additional shipping charges would apply.
All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, unless the customer requests no signature required. If no signature is required, the customer is then responsible for filing any claims for lost/damaged shipments.
Equipment and heavy orders ship via freight carrier with door-to-door delivery only as part of the standard online checkout. That means they will deliver to the door and no farther. The customer is responsible for bringing the large items and/or equipment inside the building and putting it in place.
Additional delivery services can be requested at the time of ordering by adding order notes, but will not be included unless otherwise requested. These services require additional charges and coordination with our Sales or Customer Care team and include, but are not limited to: tail gate delivery, inside delivery, upstairs delivery, flat-bed truck delivery, date specific delivery. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
